2010 Chrysler 300 / Great Exp..

I found the car I wanted online. Instant messaged a red at their facility and was contacted shortly there after by a sales rep, Jud. Drove out and purchased a Chrysler 300. Was a very smooth pain-free process. Love the lifetime warranty on the cars they sell and was a no hassle / no haggle great car buying exp. I plan on returning there in a couple of months to purchase a newish Jeep for my wife. Worth the 3 hour drive for me.

GREAT DEALERSHIP, LOVED THAT THE SALESMAN WASN'T PUSHY AND EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP WAS NICE AND FRIENDLY I ALSO LIKED GETTING FED BY THE RECEPTIONIST, SHE BOUGHT PIZZA FOR EVERYONE. THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS VERY POLITE AND SEEMED TO WANT WHATS BEST FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND. I WOULD RECOMMAND THIS DEALERSHIP TO EVERYONE! Over all Experience Very Good

I was having my Truck Serviced & decided to walk the Lot. That was a mistake. I ended up working with Art The used car salesman & I mentioned I always wanted a Jeep Wrangler So he walked me to one of the Jeeps and I test drove the vehicle and Fell in love with it. I ended up trading my truck in on the brand new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 2015. No Money Down & No payments for 3yrs, I told Art what I wanted to make the deal happen & he made it work. Very Happy with my experience.

Over All Experience Good !!

I was having my Truck serviced & decided to just walk the lot. My mistake I ended up trading in my Truck on a Brand New Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Which I Just Love. No Money Down & No monthly payments for 3 yrs. They were very fair on the trade in. I told Art what I wanted & he made it Happen. I have always wanted a Jeep & I walked out with one that day.

Rude Salesman!

One of the salesman, Erik, was helping me find a vehicle we were looking for. A different dealer ended up finding the vehicle, which we purchased, and had it brought in. Three days after I had talked to Erik he called to ask me if I was still in the market for a new vehicle. I told him that we had bought one and had gotten a great deal. In the middle of my sentence he hung up on me. I was not aware that I was supposed to sit around and wait for a salesman to get back to me on their own sweet time. Work a little harder for the next customer, I will not be back.

Wouldn't sell car at price they told me they would

After a couple of weeks emailing back and forth we agreed to a price on a car to order. His words were ?The best price I can do for order is $xx,xxx and it would be a 6 week wait?? I also asked about one on the lot and said we would be interested in that one if the price was right. We can in ready to buy, with a check in hand. He really wanted to sell the one on the lot. When we talked about ordering one at the price he said they could do, the cost was now much more than what he emailed me they could do. A manager came over and also would not come back to the price that I was emailed. After lots of back and forth and some high pressure tactics to buy the one on the lot, they came to $600 over what they said they could do. I would normal think it was an over aggressive sales agent but the actions of the manager makes me worry about the dealership as a whole.

Honda test drive

We had a salesman that was very nice when we met, When my wife and I stated we wanted to take a moment to speak the salesman became very upset with us!! The salesman was upset that we would not take his deal. The radio didn't even work in the Honda. When I would ask him questions about the vehicle he would not answer the question but he stated he knew the family that traded this vehicle in. We drove two hours to get to this dealership and had the worst experience we have ever had.

2014 Dart GT test drive

I was specifically looking to drive a 2014 Dodge Dart GT with a manual transmission. The ad said they had a Header Orange GT with a manual transmission. I contacted the dealership through an email on Cars.com and a salesman contacted me in a very timely manner. He stated that specific vehicle was on the showroom floor. I said I will be driving by the dealer on my way home and I will stop in. My wife and I stopped in to the dealer and there was an Orange Dart on the showroom floor. Except it was a Rallye with an auto transmission. To say the least I was disappointed. I did end up driving a Dart GT, but there were no other manual trans Darts on the lot (or in the state for that matter). Even though my experience wasn't very positive, the sales staff was very nice and not pressuring. I would definitely give them another shot. However, I would ask to verify the exact vehicle before driving.

Called and talked with Dan Nielson, we asked about a Jeep on the web page and the rest was history. Dan had everything in place before we arrived, we looked the Jeep over and took a test ride. Dan was easy to work with and showed us a good price right from the start.
