Monday, September 16, 2013, approximately 9:30 a.m. We had not received a phone call and therefore we decided to go directly to the dealership and speak with someone. We spoke to the finance manager again, and he eventually called Ryan Thomas, the son of the owner. After Ryan Thomas introduced himself to us, he immediately indicated and eluded to the fact that upon returning to work Sunday, he was informed that someone had to be ?run off? for scaring away business at the mall sale Saturday, that he could hear all of the different stories of what happened, and that he was sure that everyone would be lying to some degree. I felt as though he did not even care to hear our side of the story. At this point, I calmly began stating the above aforementioned incidents. After I did so, he did not seem concerned by the actions of his employees. He offered a verbal apology, said that he would look into it, and we should all just move on from this. Is this the way that MTM runs their business? To have not one but two employees act in such an appalling, rude and disgusting manner. My family has never been treated with such disrespect in our lives. For my son to witness and hear it all is unacceptable. I will never buy anything from MTM. I feel that my family has been wronged, disrespected, humiliated, emotionally and verbally violated and treated with absolute disregard. To just be given a verbal apology and be told that things should just go on from there by Ryan Thomas is absolutely disheartening. Melissa Goodwin/Tony Lewis
