Buying my silverado 1500

Had a great salesman and he was very helpful in showing us all the features of this 1500 Silverado. Was probably best experience I have had in buying a car and I have purchased quite a few. I have his phone number and feel that of I have a question that I could call on him. I would recommend him as a person that one should contact if they are in the market for a car. The facility is nice and waiting room is comfortable.

Excellent service

My "Check Engine" light came on when traveling near Bend. I called Chevrolet Cadillac of Bend, and they said they'd make time to diagnose the issue right away. They did the diagnoses, told me the issue and what to do, and didn't change me a dime! I wish every dealership was this good.

Quality and service from service dept representative was outstanding; especially appreciated the follow up phone call day after service appointment to check and see everything was OK. I had to wait about 15 minutes to drop off my truck when I arrived a bit before my scheduled drop off time. This was frustrating, why schedule a drop off time if there is a significant delay in drop off process? Again I had to wait to checkout and pickup the truck. Seems like the service department could use additional customer representatives. Thanks, Jay Robertson Kehne

Bogus repair suggestions

Was told I needed repairs to the total sum of $3800. I took my car to a local mechanic who put the car up on the rack and pointed out each thing that was said needed to be done and not one thing on the list needed to be done.
