Long-time Service Manager Gil Ibarra has always provided correct diagnoses and helpful, insightful advice in the maintenance of my 1997 Honda Civic LX. I now live 24 miles away but continue to have all maintenance done at Jeffrey Honda. Gil has earned my trust and confidence. Late in the afternoon of Thursday last week when the repair shop closes at 7 p.m., Gil allowed me to bring in my car. It was diagnosed (damaged wiring harness behind intake manifold), repaired, and washed, and I was on my way home by 6:45 p.m. He is a great explainer. He is thorough. It is a comfortable feeling to have him take care of my car. This includes the mechanics under his supervision.

Matt and Todd are pros and every time I have to service my Acura TL, these guys are the tops. The whole service dept continues to impress with details, pricing and professionalism. I wouldn't think to use another Acura dealer and I have in the past, but Jeffrey is the best in the Detroit metro!

Oil change

Just need to come up with a better seat belt in the passenger side that does not lock you in and you can't move. The answer given by the service guy was that it was made for child safety, but children are not allowed to sit in the front seat until they are adult size.
