I bought a Ford Fusion and was grateful that the Ford Dealership & the Sales Rep Michael Tau reminded me of my 1st oil change. I called and made the apptointment through Michael and when I arrived,he came out to introduce me to Randall in the service dept. Michael proceeded to showed me the different departments and the lounge to wait for my car to be serviced. When my car was ready Randall went over the paperwork, explained everything to me and what to expect in the future and when my next oil change will be including a free oil change after a certain amount of oil changes. Everyone of the staff members were very accommodating and friendly and very helpful, even as I walked through the parking lot and showroom. I am more confident and excited in buying a Ford product.

Great Service.

I brought my 2012 Ford Focus in for Quick Lane Service. It was done in the time that I was told and I was very satisfied. We then took the car on a trip to Atlanta. The care behaved perfectly and we got an average of 39 miles per gallon on the trip.
