Great service for both the car and myself.

I stopped in without an appointment and needed a recall and normal service taken care of. All of which was done no problems. I was given a loaner car for the day. I was called when my care was ready. I picked up my factory maintained vehical (they even washed it for me) an hour earlier than they originally estimated. Great service both for the car and the customer. Thanks Steve Renelli you were a great help.

My wife had recently passed away and I had three vehicles with 2 car payments and 3 insurance payments. I needed to consolidate my expenses and get down to one vehicle. With 4 children at home with me, I did not relish the idea to having to car shop at a dealership. I contacted Tony Lozano through your website and was able to complete 90% of the process online and through emails. I found a great 2014 F150, that seats 6 and was able to trade in 2 of my vehicles in the process. This is a difficult time for my family with the loss of my wife and mother of my children. Tony understood completely and never rushed me at any step of the way. He was available at the dealership when I was able to be there. He made this difficult task so much easier. Great experience right up to the cashier.

My only negative comments have to do with the cashier. Bernard who was great, told us the car was finished and escorted us to a young lady who he said would take care of things from there, again Benard was pleasant and professional. In a few moments she said all was ready and he would have our car brought up. After a few moments I reminded her that we were waiting and she got a bit snippy and said she'd get it brought up. We went outside for another ten minutes and nothing. Back to the cashier who this time was more irritated Again we went outside and this time saw a fellow walk from the garage to our car which was parked about a block back, by the garage. We couldn't even tell if it was ours but he drove it up and we saw that it was our car. It may have been sitting back there from the start but it seems that bringing it up means delivering it to the waiting customer.
