Little Old Woman -- NOT!

As an old woman who lives alone and darts around town and the east coast in her car, I have the best of two worlds with my Mini and the nearby dealership where I bought it, used (I added stripes). Got 61000 miles on my front tires but then one of them went flat... I limped into the dealership and in less than two hours was out of there, fully road-worthy and washed too. I didn't shop around, I didn't stress, I'm too old for that. I just took out my knitting and sat myself down in the Owners' Lounge to watch the news, read some magazines, and decide my new tires are well worth the price.

NO BETTER WORDS THAN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

Buying a car was difficult for me personally because of fate running right through my plans with a pitchfork. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude that I have for Jim K., Joel, Chay & Alex, who all helped me with grace & compassion. They treated me with dignity and respect, addressing all of my concerns with immediate truthful answers. They did not treat me like a prospect, rather listened to what I needed and made sure that I had all of the information that I needed to get my Mini Cooper Hardtop {It's velvet silver with the hottest little racing stripes!} If I had to describe the experience, it would not be far fetched to imagine that Walt Disney himself created the work ethic and mindset of this entire crew. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, pressured or even put off by these great natured and courteous people. They have even called me twice to make sure I could have any questions answered, as well as any concerns. I cannot Thank you gentlemen ENOUGH. You could be in no better company than that of Jim , Joel, Chay & Alex. My big personal heartfelt thank you for all of you, without you I would not have my dream car. Best of care at Princeton Mini

I just bought my brandy new Mini Countryman from Mr. Kyle Burns. He could not have been more patient and thoughtful in his presentation of the vehicles available. He was extremely kind to me. Then I visited with Mr. Alex Frank to handle the business end of the transaction. Again, he was no end of patient with me, taking the time to go over all of my spending options. I totally enjoyed my experience with Princeton Mini.

Good experience!

I just bought a jeep and company my roommate to Princeton MINI for her MINI countryman. Lenny is a professional sales man, and helped us choose the most suitable car. Their service is comprehensive, and they do reserve the good reputation. My roommate have already pay the deposit for her car, and we are going to pick up on this Friday. Just cannot wait!

Fair Price for a Great Car

I was in the market for a pre-owned car (Mini S or VW GTI) I selected a handful of dealers I was willing to do business with based on reviews and Princeton Mini was one of those places. They happened to have almost the exact car I wanted in the price range I was willing to pay, so I went there first. The staff at Princeton didn't use any pushy sales tactics and Chad, the dealer who sold me the car, made sure the process was enjoyable. Everything was straight forward and Chad was upfront about everything. I love the car and Princeton will be the first dealership I contact next time I am in the market for a car.

Ripped Off?

I bought a Certified used Mini from Princeton Mini in March. I just left there after shelling out $954 in the service department. I'm not sure how Princeton Mini defines pre-certified and "rigorously inspected". When I pointed out that I just bought the car a few months ago, they realized one of the repairs (water pump) was covered...otherwise it would have been an additional $400. I'm feeling very ripped off!!

Always wanted a MINI, I navigated the internet for weeks looking for the right one. I found my MINI Convertible at PRINCETON MINI. Love at first sight. Great salespeople making for a great experience

Alex Escobar Castro was our sales person at Princeton Mini and assisted us in purchasing a Mini Countryman. No hard sell and just straight thoughtful accurate information. Also went out of his way to show us every gadget and make comparisons. Smart and tech savvy in answering all our questions and also able to call him with questions while we deliberated. The paperwork went smooth and efficiently with making the hard sell again a thing of the past. Let's face it, most consumers have done the homework before they enter the sales room and know if they want any additional warranty or maintenance packages. This dealership swapped the hard sell out for good clear information . Recommend the experience to friends. Top Rate. Mini sells itself on personnel performance.
