Great experience

I drove over there from Jacksonville, I saw a car I liked. I bought it that same day and drove it back home and it drove excellent. They had wonderful customer service and I'll definitely recommend them to my acquaintances.

Helped me out so much!!

A week ago I was driving off Wake forest Rd. and my saturn broke down on the side of the road. As I was walking up the street a very nice guy was standing outside a dealership and asked me if I needed help. This gentleman let me use his phone to call a friend to pick me up. While I was waiting a small honda civic caught my eye. He was able to give me a good price since I was paying cash, he even let me drive it to my mechanic to get it checked out. He also had my saturn towed. I ended up buying the car after a couple hours. They were willing to help me out and now Im so happy with my new car and can't wait to buy another for my daughter!! I have already recommended them to my family members!

Poor Customer Service

I was really interested in a vehicle they had and had started the purchase process, and had arranged to have my mechanic look over the vehicle before I bought it due to the check engine light being on. I called the evening of the day before to make sure it was still ok for me to come in the morning for the vehicle and they said yes that they would have it tagged up and ready for me when they opened at 9:30am. When I arrived at 9:45am the next morning expecting to have the vehicle ready for me, instead I get told that they had someone come after they closed and purchased it after hours. The least they could've done was call me and inform me that it had been sold. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me it was no longer there.

I want to take time first to apologize about the miss understanding but as of you know any dealership you go to it's first come first serve and if you would've put a deposit as of we've mentioned to you it would've been helpful for both parties ,again i'm very sorry your upset but I just want you to understand that you didn't put a Deposit on the car there for it will be unfair for the costumer if I didn't sell them the car

Very rude and careless with paperwork!! They will force you into a deal and have you purchasing a LEMON that has been wrecked. CHRISTOPHER STEG & Currillos have no customer service skills.

We made a deal with Ms. Holland in good faith and Ms. Holland failed to pay for the car as agreed. Mrs. Holland returned the car to our store herself and it was repossessed. Ms. Holland claimed she was not satisfied with the car. Our dealership resold the car to a gentleman in Virginia and he was very happy.

I purchased a used 2001 ford taurus and in one month it is in need of repairl. I wasted my money on this piece of junk. My money doesn't grow on trees and I am at a lost.I really got no service out of the product.I suggest that you always check up on the quality of a dealership before you buy, because all they want is the "Money." I am at a total lost because my job requires me to have a vehicle.

This 2001 Ford Taurus Wagon that was purchased by Mrs. Spruill had under 100,000 miles and was sold under $3,000. It needed a windshield and we put one in as promised. Our company sales rep and a driver, delivered the car to the customer, which was about a two hour drive. I believe we returned home that night at close to midnight. The customer seemed very happy with their purchase and never called our dealership about any concerns that they may have had. We strive to sell good, quality cars and great customer service and will continue to do so.

They were so rude to me after I asked them to lower the price on the vehicle because they lied about it having a sunroof and s third row seat.

GREAT STAFF!!

Small lot with a few staff members but they are GREAT. Helped me with exactly what I wanted, financing process was easy, even let me take my car to a shop. Plan on going back in January to buy another car.

Not what i expected

I want to this dealership to find a Mazda3 they advertised. I drove 2 hours to find a Mazda3 that was a different color, not leather as advertised, and didn't have power windows at advertised. The pictures and description did not match the real thing at all. Needless to say, I did not buy the car.
