Amazing services

by from Mountain Home Idaho |

I recently went to Ozzy's to check out one of their full size trucks that they had on the lot, I had a specific number in mind that I wanted for both my trade in and the full size truck that they had. I first met the salesman Lee on the lot and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the truck and recommended we went for a test drive, after we got back we went over numbers and low and behold they gave me a better deal than what I had expected for both my trade in and the truck I was buying from them. the whole team at Ozzy's was very friendly and helpful and made my car buying experience there the best that I have seen yet. I will for sure go back to Ozzy's and see Lee for any future vehicles that I want and I highly recommend anyone looking for good quality vehicles and great service to check out Ozzy's car company.

Going the exxxtra mile by Doug W. Boise ID

by from Boise ID |

Just purchased a 2008 Trailblazer from Ozzy & the gang. It was exactly the car I had been looking for. My sales guy was Clinton. Even if you don't buy anything now, you should stop by and introduce yourself to Clinton. When I showed up at the lot, he greeted me like an old friend. Not the phony crap, but sincere. I told him I had found what I wanted, had the carfax, and was ready to buy, but a used car is a used car. All of them have little things that have aged. Clinton and I spent about two hours going over the whole car and I left him with a list of little things I would like fixed/repaired/replaced before I plunked down my money. After the test drive, which proved the vehicle was sound, I told Clinton I would check back the next day. Before I took two steps from the vehicle, Clinton himself was fixing nearly all the aggravating little things we had talked about. He had to pick up a couple new pieces that need replaced, new, not wrecking yard junk. When I came back the next day, Clinton had it all ready. Salesman/Mechanic/Superhero. I drove away happy, but as they say, stuff happens. By the time I got home, it was raining hard and the rear window wiper wouldn't work. I called Clinton to see if he would look at it, and would you believe he stood outside in the drizzle to get the adjustment right on the wiper arm. Good vehicles, good price, good staff and one helluva salesman/mechanic/friend! Thanks everyone, especially Clinton.

mixed feelings

by from Garden CIty, Idaho |

My experience with Ozzie car company started out bad, I had purchase a 2005 Toyta pruzs, this was a electric car.. It stared acting funny on a road trip to Jerome . They engine would race and the speedometer would drop in speed and I would have to pull over and turn it off and turn it back on, it took me 13 times in doing this before I got there. I called the dealership, and took it in and they told me it was the battery, so in the middle if Dec they ordered me a new one, I waited . 3 weeks then I called them back wondering if it was in, they replied, no it was just ordered today!!! , so then I waited 2 more weeks and this time they told me they were having problems with the shipping company. I told them I was going to bring g the car back. Well I waited another week And low and behold it was in, and now they were trying to find he right person to install it. This was on a Thursday, on Mon I called cm and was informed that they would come and pick it up that afternoon, I called them the next day and finally I took it down to them. Thy had my car for over 24 hours nd when I got it back it was FINALLY working at no charge to me. . So from. A ruff start to now a great little car.hey took car of me, it just took son time.

Very Satisfied Customer

by from Meridian, Idaho |

My son bought a 2001 Mercedes E320 from Ozzy's. It was one of the lowest priced cars on the lot, although it was very clean. About a week later it had an electrical problem at CWI and wouldn't stay running after I jump started it. I called Lee, the salesman that helped us at Ozzy's, and after he contacted Ozzy they said they would repair the car even though it was a "No Warranty" car. My insurance paid for the tow back to the lot and they replaced the alternator the next day. I did not expect this and was very pleased with their service. I have since recommended Ozzy's to several friends.

Buying a new car has never been so easy or quick

by from Boise Idaho |

I've never been a car dealership and felt comfortable. Car salesmen are pushy. That all changed for me just a few days ago when I walked into Ozzy's Car Company. I had the amazing fortune of dealing with the General Manager Dan. I found the exact vehicle that I've wanted for years. A Ford Explorer Limited. The price was less than I dreamed possible. The condition is impeccable. The service I received was by far the best I've ever had! I honestly felt like royalty and that this deal was made just for me. I highly recommend that if you are in need of a fabulous vehicle at a superb price, go to Ozzy's Car Company!

They are not honest

by from Boise Idaho |

This is a dishonest place, bottom line. Dash lights on like a xmas tree. They wouldn't even get a free scan check for the check engine light. They weren't going to tell me it had no spare tire and 1 key. they said it was a calif. auction car and its a local trade in. They provided no car fax. It was advertised as a high end Pro 4X on several sites but its actually a lower optioned version. They tried to sneak in $200 more dollars than the salesman said. They mentioned at least 6 times there was no warranty. I had to put gas in it just to get the 2 miles home. Buying process was super easy-just a couple things to sign. Staff is uber friendly. But is it so wrong these days to just have some integrity?

Great car buying experience!

by from Eagle ID |

My experience at Ozzy's was quite pleasant. I bought a 2004 Volvo XC90 and so far, I love it! It needed new tires, so they dropped the asking price and "Dan The Man" searched the valley for the best price on tires. Dan and Ozzy were helpful, nice and knowledgeable. My friend referred me to Ozzy's, and I will refer my family and friends to them. I even went back to have a noise and fluid levels checked, and Dan took it to their mechanics and they checked it out for me. After my purchase, they still treat me very well and let me know that my experience with them is very important.
