Top notch dealership

Dealership has good employees, clean building, and open layout. The service department is fair and honest. They wash the car after working on it, which is appreciated. All positives. Coffee and donuts on Saturday is something that is simple, but a nice touch.

oil & filter change

easy to schedule my appointment, greeted quickly when I arrived, service adviser discussed my service request and did not push lots of other items to me. oil change done in a timely manner, quick to check out, when trying to pull my car out it was parked close and a porter stopped to watch so I could backup easily making my exit much easier.

Great Leasing

This was my second leased vehicle with Hiland Toyota, Bob Dean and Greg have worked with us both times. When I tell people that are interested in the possibility of a lease I refer them too both gentleman. They are a pleasure to work with and I look forward in working with them again in 3 years when our lease is up.

Although very busy when I came in for service, I didn't have to wait long and everyone is very friendly! I never feel intimidated as a woman coming here. They always explain each service and then let ME choose what services I would like. There are never any surprises when I go to pay the bill.

It took a moderate amount of time, the car was returned washed, and the Parts Department gentleman took the time to show me how the child seat could be installed using the anchors in the rear seat.
