The Absolute Best!!!

I have never been more thrilled with a dealership!! I purchased my 2015 Ford Explorer Sport thru John Deal at Cloninger Ford. From the get go, John and his co-workers were so easy to talk with and NEVER talked down to me. I was treated as the valued customer that I would like to think I am. Will I be back -- not soon enough!! When it's time for us to trade in our F150, we already know where we are going. I have been in customer service for 40+ years and it was so refreshing to be treated the way that I treat all our clients -- with respect and dignity and equality. Just what I wanted

Drove up and my daughters Mariner was taken in right away. I was only looking to do one thing - get her brakes fixed. And that's exactly what they did. Mark had them checked over and reported that only the front brakes needed to be repaired. He was attentive and prompt. Also at the check out Channing helped me use my reward points and a coupon - that made the bill smaller - which will make my daughter very happy when she pays me back! Thanks.

Vehicle service and prices

I had a great experience this past Saturday getting my vehicle serviced. However, the price to change a fuel filter that is recommended by Ford is outrageous. $79.00 or more to change it and I found the exact part for under $15.00 ? If I can do the parts myself , I will. I feel as though this taking advantage of the customers. WAY over priced. As for the general service, I do this so that I have a dealership record of the service. Thank you again but parts and some prices are way over board.
