Great people!

Great people! Very happy with my purchase and experience with Phoenix Motors! I have not bought a used car in 20+ years-they made process easy and Great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++

Massive issues that will not be fixed

I bought a car and it has a leaking turbo which had been going on for a while before I bought it according to the repair shop. The guy in the dealership told me not to call him, don't go in there with any complaints or any issues with the car. Thousands of dollars wasted would not recommend

Would give a -0 if I could

Janky company! I basically purchased a lemon! So let’s see, where do I even start…so I purchased my vehicle the beginning of March , a 2014 Nissan maxima. As soon as I pull off the lot that night I noticed my lights being very dim. So the next day I noticed that my passenger window wouldn’t roll down, air didn’t work, the lock on my passenger door didnt work, charger ports not working, and there were things left in the trunk and glove department (I guess it was the previous owners things). So I contact them about the lights and windows and they agreed for me to bring it back to fix the issues. So they sent it to a repair shop in their network and the mechanic did fix the lights and the window. So I get the car back and i happen to go run through a car wash. And boy oh boy I had a rude awakening. As me and my 10 year old are going through the car wash we start to notice water dripping on the inside of the car. Next thing you know the whole car is flooded! Water coming in all on our heads and everywhere from the leaky malfunctioning sunroof! I get in contact with them and place my concerns and they agreed for me to bring it back and they would fix it. So with that being yet another inconvenience for me, I took it back they kept it about a week and supposedly fixed the sunroof and replaced the top inside of my car. So I’m thinking ok hopefully no more problems after this, and a couple of days or so go by and my car cuts off on me. I contact them once again and they were basically giving me the run around. So I take it to the Lee Nissan dealership and they tell me it’s my alternator. So I contact Phoenix motors again and they tell me that they have a warranty on the alternator and referred me to Hc auto and body to get it replaced. I go to Hc auto and body and they go back and forth with me about it being the battery not the alternator. So I say ok then…replace the battery since you know it all and let’s see. They replace the battery and boom..a couple days go by and I’m on the side of the road again. Hc auto and body agrees to get it towed to them and that they’ll now replace the alternator. So my car is towed to Hc auto and body yet again, and they keep my car for 2 weeks or more without any type of communication whatsoever. To wrap the story up Hc auto and body, the place that Phoenix motors sent me to, had stripped my bolts and cracked my alternator and sent me on my way. Now my car is needing 4000 dollars worth of work done to it. Remind you this car has been in and out shops since I brought it! The longest Ive driven this car without any complications has been only a like a month out of the 6 months that I had it. I feel like I was sold a lemon and they knew the car was no good. I feel like they purchased the car from an auction and just through it on the lot and sold it without checking it out at all.

The best yet

I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion here. I love it and service here was exceptional!! Alex was very professional and attentive. The financial rep was very polite and professional as well. Very efficient. Test drove car, handled paperwork and drove away looking fine in my new ride in a little more than an hour and a half. Truly efficient. Would recommemd to everyone!!
