My father was terminally ill (cancer) in Jan. 2013. He was concerned about leasing a vehicle because should he pass away, he did not want any type of problems with the lease, ie. large payment due to Hyundai or paying the remainder of lease after he dies. The salespeople, Alex Temple, Herb McKenzie, and Corey (manager) assured him that wouldn't be the case and if he got sick and passed away, his son, (me) could simply turn the car in and walk away. Unfortunately, my dad passed away 7 months into the 36 month lease and now the dealership will not speak to me or accept the car back. The bank is now pursuing payment for the balance of the lease. Needless to say these low-life individuals will do whatever it takes to get you to sign on the line. Even lie to a terminally ill man. If I could rate this place any lower, I would. It does not deserve one star, however this review forces me to assign at least one.
