The Best Experience

Several weeks ago I took my Traverse into Bob Stall to be serviced. While I was there, I noticed a new 2015 Colorado pickup on the sales lot that I was interested in. The truck had already been sold but several days later a new one was available so salesman Ozwald McKenzie called me about it. I went to the dealership that day to test drive it and purchased the new Red Rock Metallic Colorado. Mr. McKenzie was very thoughtful to call me. The purchase experience went quickly and I'm very pleased with my new truck.

I loved how Mike was very helpful. He seemed a bit overwhelmed with cars coming in and out around 7, but he was very calm and collected when it came to the customers and I. He made sure I knew that while I was waiting, there snacks and refreshments inside. I love the customer service. Great job!
