Always service with a smile

The service department is always happy and friendly and give economical advice. They never do work we don't need and give us options and how to treat certain conditions. They try to get our work in and out in a timely fashion. Unanswered questions.

The vehicle purchased was a F-350 Lariat pickup. The original order was placed with a expected due date of 5-6 weeks, I recieved a call that the pickup was shipped and would be at the dealership the first week of october. Upon not recieving a call that the vehicle was in I called to check and was informed that the truck had not been built or shipped. Build date on the truck was October 6. and I Recieved the Truck on October 27 10 weeks after order date. Otherwise the experience was ok, except for the inconvience of the extended wait. My question is did ford take this long to build the truck in question or was the order not placed when I ordered the truck, and why did I recieve a call that the truck was shipped and would be in the dealership if it had not been built yet.???
