Wonderful dealership

When you get to be a certain age, you've already gone through the car buying / leasing process many times. The 'dance' is familiar. But I finally found a dealership that I actually enjoy working with! Aventura Chrysler Jeep and also their next door dealership, Honda (both owned by the same company). I've already leased 2 cars with them. Mitch (Manager at Chrysler) and Peter (Manager at Honda) are just easy to do business with. And sales people like Estella only enhance the process. Go in and be nice to them...they will be nice back...and you'll not only get a vehicle, but have a pretty good experience in the process.

very disappointed

I was having issues with my rear passenger side door lock not working correctly. I had an extended warranty plan and was informed that the service dept. had to conduct their own diagnosis and get it approved from the warranty company to see if the warranty company covered the necessary repairs. I received a phone call back from my service advisor, William, who told me the company would not cover the repair of door latch (with actuator, being that it was an electronic issue with the door). I knew I purchased nearly a full coverage extended warranty plan, including electrical issues so I reached out to the warranty company to find the following; a) the part was actually covered under warranty and b) according to their records (they add noted to all accounts inquired about), no calls had been placed to gauge approval or start a claim for my service. c) I knew as a customer that the issue was related to electrical wiring of the door, not the actual latch on the body of the truck which the company doesn't cover. It's not my responsibility to research and know more than the service advisor, he's supposed to provide the customer service needed to provide me with a great experience. Upon arriving at the service center and updating William of what I found, he didn't believe what I said, was extremely sarcastic, and very short with me. He eventually called the warranty company only to find out that the part was actually covered (all while flossing his teeth while being on the phone with them in front of me), and said very rude to the company that he now looks stupid to the customer but never apologized to me for the error. the part had to be ordered so i brought the car back the next day, left it for 4 hours, came back to pick it up only to find the part was not working. William swore up and down he checked it. not a problem, but still offered no action plan to resolve the matter. the mechanic had to come out and offer to order another part and to come back tomorrow and he will work on it first thing in the morning. I came back again the following day and the part was finally installed correctly I'm very disappointed with the lack of professionalism I was provided with and will never come back to your dealership after how i was treated and how your service department lied to me and tried to charge me for something that was covered under my warranty.

Amazing experience!

I just leased my 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at the dealership with the employees that work there. I was looking for a Dodge Challenger with a list of specific things and before I knew it, Mitch had located the car exactly the way I wanted it and told me it would be there the following afternoon. I was so pleased with Mitch and Jason and how friendly and knowledgable they were with me. Definitely pleased with the overall experience with everyone there and I can see myself getting another vehicle there once my lease is up. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family.
