Painless Purchase

Through cars.com, I found a blue Scion tc online with Toyota of Ft Worth. I called the dealership and spoke with Keith. He was friendly and helpful in answering all the questions I had about the car. I came in to the dealership and met Tony, the sales rep. He was also friendly and helpful and was easy to work with, no hassling and "back and forth" on negotiation. Mr. Tran worked out the excellent financing on my purchase, so overall, my experience was the best I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle! Thanks Toyota of Ft. Worth. I will definitely recommend you to others.

Consistently good service

Scheduled 30,000 mile service. Service was complete in a little over an hour. Service advisor very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my car at Toyota of Ft. Worth almost 2 years ago. Have taken it for service there numerous times and consistently been pleased with service advisor and work performed.

new Camry

Ashley Deans was my salesman and I have absolutely NO issues with Ashley. He did a wonderful job and took care of my Camry buying needs. Ashley even showed me the benefit of purchasing a new Camry over the used one I was looking at purchasing! Kevin in finance almost lost the deal for Ashley. It was prearranged that my new Camry would be hail damage free. Kevin tried to tell me my car was "AS-IS"! Who in their right mind purchases a new car with hail damage unless they receive a discount? I was not offered one, nor did I ask for one, since I was told the car would be repaired. Upon hearing Kevin's "AS-IS" comment. I promptly and probably abruptly told him he could keep the car. Kevin scurried off under the pretense of speaking to the GM and returned telling me it would be handled. I withheld my deposit check until I picked up the car. There is still some trim damage around the doors that I have been promised it will be repaired once the back-ordered pieces arrive. Again... I have no problem with Ashley. He did a terrific job and I am loving my car!!!
