I have always been very pleased with James Wood Cadillac Service Department. Richard Lyons has always been very polite and professional. It is so easy to discuss any concerns with him and get an honest opinion. I always leave in a timely manner. Courteous and Professional Staff

In our search for a pre-owned truck, we had been to 2 other local dealerships. Both were totally unpleasant experiences on many levels. When we were about to give up our search, a truck popped up on the James Wood site at a very fair price.
