Outstanding Service

A service team member was there to greet us and alert our service representative we were there for the recall of the seatbelts and a transmission oil change. Our service representative was quick to get our information in the system and direct us to the waiting are, which was clean and comfortably appointed. the service time was reasonable and check out was easy and efficient and our vehicle was brought around in a timely manner, washed and ready to go. It was a very easy and pleasant experience.

Over all good, just too long a wait

My only problem was that I made an appt. hoping I could get right in & out in less then 2 hours, I only needed an oil change. But in too 4 hours because Richard said my car was waiting to be washed. I just wish someone would have told me, so I could have skipped the wash & been on my way.
