Fast, Friendly Service

The only issue I have is sometimes you tell the service person of multiple issues you want looked over and something always seems to get left off when they call to let you know your car is ready to be picked up but yet all initial requests were not addressed and its up to me to remind the service person about it and THEN they go back and check on it. Only complaint.

Great Service

I hope you are making an effort to pay Richard Lyons a good amount as he is really an excellent asset to you customer service department. As always, he came through when my tire pressure monitor went out and he got me the service I needed and my car back in record time. He even called a few days later to make sure all was working correctly. You have an excellent employee there and I hope you are aware of the quality job that he does for you and for your customers. Highly disappointed

The service is okay, but I am really debating checking out other brands like dodge or ford. I haven't even had my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado for a year and it's been in and out of the shop multiple times. There have been recalls, my a/c went out and it's never convienent when you have three kids all in car seats. Generally disappointed with my 2014 truck.
