Dealer would not answer questions about truck

After an interchange of Emails, I was told "Sounds like we may not have the right truck for you here" They seemed to want to avoid answering my questions. Summary of questions not answered: 1) List transfer case control switch notations. (Originally asked what the transfer case switch positions were and was told the switch was near the center console) 2) Truck was out of dealer inventory for several weeks; returned with about 75 more miles; why? (My suspicion is that the truck was sold and buyer returned it for some major reason) 3) Will the truck pass Wa. State smog test with dual exhaust? 4) Does it have a metric speedometer? (truck came from Canada) 5) I had also asked about trade in value of my vehicle and only expected a "ball park" but got nothing. I also commented that the description listed "Bright Silver Metallic" while the photos showed a different color.

Honest and friendly buying experience!

We expected to LOOK only, at a 2006 Odyssey, just to make sure we wanted to purchase a Honda Pilot at another dealership. As soon as we test drove it, we knew we had to have it. Brett Hicks led us through, step by step, the buying process. He was honest about every detail and possible outcome. No gimmicks or selling points. After we signed the paperwork, we were pleasantly surprised that our payments would be $85 LESS than the "worse case scenario" and our interest rate was 2% lower! The dealership did not have to get us a better deal, considering we had already agreed and signed on a higher price. On top of that, we were given $2,000 more for our trade in, than the other dealership offered. Ask for Brett Hicks, a friendly and honest car salesman!
