Another great service experience at.

Another great service experience at. Bridgewater Volvo. Damaged my tire and they had me come in immediately. Q, the Manager and Rob one of the service were waiting for me and worked with Red the Parts Manager to make sure the tire was ready. So important S my wife had a Heart appointment. The Sales Department, Finance Department, and Receptionist kept checking to make sure I was being helped. Customer service is #1 at Bridgewater Volvo.

Took my Son and his Family to Bridgewater Volvo to

Took my Son and his Family to Bridgewater Volvo to purchase a Volvo.. Can’t say enough about the 5 Star treatment he received from all. John Maxton, Al Cologna the Manager, Yamaline, the Finance Manager, Josh and Zach, the vehicle specialists a, and Janet the Receptionist. He traded in his Honda and took home a 2024 Certified Volvo XC40. Whether or not you are interested in a Volvo you have to visit this Dealer. They will do all they can to make your a completely satisfied experience.

Al Cologna is the best Manager.

Al Cologna is the best Manager. We went to pick up our new Volvo and my wife is very ill. He had everything ready for us and had the Finance Manager, Yomaline, go into our car to have her sign. He is always ready to help.👏👏

Dealer response

Thank you so much for the positive review!!

I went in for an oil change late July.

I went in for an oil change late July. I was told 4 items needed. Drive belt w/tensioner & idker crack, fuel injection serv.,coolant flush, and spark plug replacement. The car was working fine. As a widow I wanted to get the most serious job done. After talking to a few mechanics. I went in to get the idker belt crack done.By the end of July,I was booked. An all day job. In 8:30 out 4pm. The cost 1242.33 pd July31. On Aug.10th, message flashed low battery ,urgent attention need on electrical system.I called AAA to bring a new battery afraid breakdown or lose power on the road. The mechanic said my battery was good. He said if I had work and belts changed, a new alternator is usually changed along with this job.The excellent service mechanic who charged $836.labor. As a 60+ widow, I placed my trust in the place I visited over a decade. In 10 days and less than 15 miles. Mon,I was told to come in Tues. since this occurred over the weekend. After waiting almost an hour, I was told my alternator was going. The job completed did not cause the problem. I do not agree. The serviceman came to me will a bill for almost $2500.for a new alternator and battery. He told me that it would fail on the highway!! I took my chances, I left the showroom and waited about 5mins. for them to take it off the lift and bring it to me. Fool me once, but not twice.

This review is about the purchase of a "Volvo Certified

This review is about the purchase of a "Volvo Certified Pre-Owned" car. Bridgewater had listed a 4-year-old XC60 on cars.com that was a good match at a fair price. A phone call with sales consultant John Maxton convinced me to put down a deposit; the following week, we made the 3-hour drive to complete the sale. In this case, the confidence I'd come to feel in John was well placed. Regarding the Certified Pre-Owned program: Volvo Cars USA guaranteed that all of the XC60's components were functioning properly. In our case, the manufacturer's warranty is running for another six months, a welcome surprise. In the end, we added a Volvo extended warranty to the purchase... not cheap, but a better deal than the competing aftermarket offers we'd investigated. It will (hopefully) be a while until the next car purchase, but I'll gladly make the drive to Bridgewater again.

My visit to the car dealership was a memorable one, and

My visit to the car dealership was a memorable one, and not for any positive reasons. As soon as I entered, the individual (presumably the manager at the main desk) barely acknowledged me, made zero eye contact, and quite frankly looked annoyed as he muttered words. It was an incredibly odd and unwelcoming way to greet a customer. After finally connecting with the sales rep, I found that he didn't take my interest in a Volvo seriously. He didn't even bother to take my phone number and mostly just sat back with a blank stare. While I understand that Volvos are known for their safety features and can sometimes sell themselves, a bit more engagement from the salesperson would have been appreciated. I would strongly advise against dealing with this dealership based on my experience. They need a lesson in customer service 101.
