The crew jumped on my vehicle and had it ready for me in record time. Everything went smoothly from the initial drop off by my wife, the estimate, the work, and the close out. This was not just a routine repair. It included several items from a cracked dash to a tune up and some AC work. Totaling around $4500.00

Finally a very happy repair encounter at N.F!

Well I came in that morning with my engine light on, the problem was diagnosed and fixed by lunch. I had a few bad experiences at this dealership, but this time was the most pleasant experience I ever had at any mechanic shop. If I could have more of these experiences; I would not dread the feeling when a service light comes on in my vehicle.

Camaro key fix is a joke - GM failed again

I am totally disappointed with the "fix" for the Camaro key problem. I thought that the remote and key would be replaced. I hope to have the key placed back into the remote as the long key is irritating in my pocket. GM failed on this, not the dealership.

Excellent customer service and fair prices

Norman Frede has served my family for over 30 years. My dad saw the paper plates and reminded me that's where he bought his first pick-up ~ 1983 which became mine. Tab has served us for well over 20 years and at least 5 vehicles... needless to say, we have been satisfied. :) We also grew up down the street from Frede family in Nassau Bay.
