Shelby helped walk us through the packages offered for the vehicles we wanted. (We bought two Escapes.) Helped us dial in our financing options. Overall a very pleasant experience. In the end everything about the vehicles and financing turned out just as we wanted.

Great experience

I brought my car in for an oil change and they had us in and out in a reasonable fashion. They are family friendly. It was my wife, myself and our 2 kids waiting.(a 4 year old and 2 year old). There was a TV and popcorn for the kids so the wait was a lot easier.

Hard working and knowledgeable

I am very pleased and proud to say I have done business with All American Ford of Kingston NY. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable. The finance Department was the most professional and thorough I have delt with in years. The Rep EDDIE FITZGERALD was the BEST. He went through a lot of foot work for my fiancÚ and I. He started with us and answered all of our questions and also delivered the vehicle. My praise does not and will not stop here. God Bless YOU EDDIE

This was the easiest car I've ever bought and due to the customer service of Dane it was a pleasure to purchase. I never felt pressured. He did not ask any personal questions until we were ready to purchase. He was very knowledgeable also. I would return to him and will recommend others to him.

$5000 OVER STICKER 20 PLUS CARS PURCHASED !

Service manager Nick looks out for the customer and the service writers do the same . Now if sales did the same and didn't charge over sticker for 150 rapitor I would not had to buy my 2014 f150 at RHINEBECK FORD !
