Poor customer service, money first mentality

I was negotiating with their salesman about a truck that I liked. They told me it was available and when I saw the pics I made my offer and was waiting for a reply that I never got. After several calls to the dealership and cell phone of the salesman I was told it was sold. They did not even give me a chance at matching the other offer they got after mine. The manager was rude and I will avoid this dealership in the future.

I purchased my Toyota 4Runner from Tegeler Toyota 4 months ago. The staff was very friendly, especially Crystal. She took time to explain all my financing options. I have also been pleased with the service department although since my 4Runner is new I have only been there once.
