Great buying expericne

I traded my 2005 Xterra and 2011 Honda for a 2015 Xterra with options. Trade negotiations were cordial and professional. Dave Grimm was very engaged throughout and went the extra mile to see that I got exactly what I was looking for in the Xterra. George Koud was very professional as well; both were a pleasure to work with. Very positive experience overall

Concerned , caring , great buying experience

The experience was very positive and no pressured sales ! Mr. K was a blessing to interact with. He was concerned with my situation in terms of a whole person concept and wanted to meet the needs of my family ; it was not him just selling me a car . It was Mr. K that considered every aspect of what would fit my family's needs. It was truely wonderful and delightful to purchase a vechicle with Mr. K! In addition the finance office went above and beyond to secure a better interest rate to ensure my monthly payment was affordable .

New Employee Didn't Get It

How great the recovery was from what started as a bad experience due to a new employee not understanding Brown's commitment to customer service. I've only been a Brown's customer for three years, but in that time, I have leased one vehicle and purchased two. My daughter (based on my recommendation) leased a vehicle as well. This was the first time I have dealt with customer service that was NOT excellent.

Outstanding service, great buying experience!

Let me start by saying our salesperson Lamar was outstanding! He showed us the murano, explained the features, showed us how to use those features. He didn't rush us, really made us feel comfortable! Mustafa the GSM was very helpful as well. He helped us close the deal on the murano and gave us excellent service!
