Great Services

Once I received the recall notice, I called Glendale Nissan. The individual in the service dept. stated they could take me that day. Sales person Larry, took time to call me after the work had been completed and wanted to know if everything was done of which I said yes. Since my miles were not at 5000 the oil was changed so I would not have to come back at a later date. Overall the staff at Glendale is right on with service and follow up.

Excellent Service Dept.

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent service inquiry to Glendale Nissan. This is the first time I took my Nissan Murano to you for regular service maintenance. The Service manager Manny was so helpful and answered my questions about my newly purchased Nissan, which I purchased out of state. Again, my special Thanks to Manny. I will now continue to have my Nissan serviced by his team and will also refer Glendale Nissan to my family and friends.

Good salesman

I recently leased a 2015 Nissan Murano from this dealer. Our saleman Barry was a very nice, polite older gentleman. When he himself was unsure of something, he made sure to find the answer as quick as he could and or bring over a person who did know the answer. Two complaints, initially in the negociation process with Barry, we had some trouble communicating exactly what it was that we wanted, but once we got that resolved, it was smooth sailing. The second complaint is that none of the staff seemed to know how to access their email. This was an issue as I needed to send my proof of insurance to them and could not do so via fax. Other than that, everybody was very courtious and polite.

Cheating Dealership

Last week we bought a car at this place. I / WE will not recommend anybody to go there. Window price is what we negotiate, which include destination charge. At final sale, they add it again. THAT IS CHEATING. Besides, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR TRADE IN AT HALF OR BELOW OF ITS VALUE. I / WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND......
