Great first impression...

The staff listened to me and were clear and concise in their responses. They took of what I came in for and explained their suggestions to me of what they believed needed to be done or should be taken care of soon. GOOD?BAD SERVICE SEE COMMENTS

Service for battery replacement at dealer was great. However, prior to that I was not a happy camper. When I had the car in for service (oil changed) prior to having the battery replaced a comment was made that the battery had a low charge but was ok. 1. The battery died the next day so my wife called roadside assistance 2. She was told it would be about 45 minutes 3. An hour later she called again and was told that the tow truck was stuck in traffic, but would be there in 10 minutes 4. 30 minutes later she called again and was told the tow truck was on the way. The driver said that he was just called so either your so called roadside assistance sucks or the driver was lying. The result was that my wife was STRANDED FOR 2.5 HOURS, and that is not acceptable. 5. Took the car home and I charged the battery for 12 hours with no success. I had to jump start the car to take it to Ford to have the battery replaced. Ford also had to jump start the car to get it into the bay. MY question is maybe a suggestion to replace the battery when I had the oil changed would have been a good idea. The other is Ford has just put one more nail in the coffin to never buy another FORD product.

Good services but still have the problem

The staff was all very helpful. Unfortunately the sound of a high pitched squealing that I brought it in for still happens, though not as often as before.
