Great Service Every Time!

Before purchasing my Escape, I had brought my Ford Mercury for servicing. I purchased a 2011 Escape from Brian Ford when my Mercury Tracer was totaled. I haven't had any problems with my Escape. I love my SUV! Rico, my service man, is always so nice, helpful, and always takes his time to answer my concerns and questions no matter how busy he is. I never feel pressured to purchase stuff right away, and he gives me advice when anything should be replaced and how soon.

5 Star Service

Shannon was great. I had previously taken the car to another dealership for the same issue and was told that the symptoms were "a known problem". When I stated that if it's a known problem, there should be a known remedy, I was told to drive it for another 500 miles and bring it back. Shannon listened to what I had to say about the vehicle and assured me that Brien Ford would perform thorough diagnostics on my car. Afterward, she thoroughly explained the diagnostics performed and the results thereof. Additionally, she provided education on the characteristics of the dual clutch - a simple explanation that added to my complete satisfaction with this visit.

Great Service

The gentleman who helped in the lobby did a great job! The technician(guy who worked on my car) did a great job, I appreciated how he came and explained with the gentleman in the front, the misc things that may need to be addressed with my Edge. I always appreciate how caring and efficient your team is. My only comment is that after I had my service and left the dealership, my car has a light ?vibration? when driving, noticed more on the freeway.
