AutoNation Toyota has serviced our cars for over ten years, and we just completed the purchase of our second vehicle from them (the last two Toyotas we bought). In both cases, we comparison shopped other makes and other Toyota dealers, and found that we got a much better deal with AutoNation. The sales and finance staff were very professional, and I appreciated that they acted as though our time was valuable. The second vehicle was ordered rather than purchased off the lot, and they did a great job of keeping us updated on its progress throughout the manufacture and delivery process. They worked very hard to win our business. The service department is also top quality. They have maintained two of our vehicles for over 100,000 miles each, and we have had no complaints. The service work is consistently finished by the time they promise, often earlier. In addition, we have purchased our last two sets of tires from them because we found their prices to be very competitive. I would encourage you to try them - I don't think you will be disappointed!

Not a good experience

Buying a used car with lots of scratches & dings but they picked apart my trade for every scratch & ding. Would not move on the price of the used car, but expected me to take next to nothing for my trade. They refused to accept a check I had from a preapproved lender.

Great experience with Al Ivaska at Autonation Toyota. Very knowledgeable on the cars. Clear pricing discussion. Supportive as we went through our process to make a family decision, even leaving and returning, Al was very accommodating, not pushy. Did not try to "hold us" at the dealer - a tactic so common among other dealerships. We appreciated being treated with respect, simply answering our questions and supporting our decisions. Terrible Experience

We were uncertain of the car we wanted so we went to the AutoNation sale with all of their dealers present. We were uncertain of the car size wanted and we also needed to look at model dimensions weights, etc. The salesman Joe only wanted to say ?sign here?. I said I would rather go home to do more research on car options. The car we were interested in was used and had a few miles. We asked Joe the price of a new car where we could choose colors, models etc. He said a new car would cost $2000 to $3000 more than this car would cost. Joe said we could return the car within 3 days if we wanted to. With that promise we could return the car if we changed our mind so we bought the car. Jim was the first salesman we talked to before he asked us to work with Joe. The next day we called Jim and asked the price of a new model of the same car. He said it would cost less than $200 more than we paid- not $2000 or $3000 that Joe claimed! Later that day we called Jim to be sure that he would be at the dealership on the following day in case we wanted to return the car. Despite 3 calls, Jim ignored our request for him to return our call. The next day we considered returning the car so we stopped by the dealership. We wasted time with 3 people and told them that they needed to do better on price for a used car. When they talked to Jeff the sales manager he said he would not honor the agreement which we had in writing to return the car! Of course he didn't have a leg to stand on but we kept the new car since we were worn out after spending nearly 7 hours the first day and 3 hours the last day and had little energy to fight such liars. They did throw us a bone which was some trim moldings worth $155. Obviously after the worst retail experience of our life we would not do business with this dishonest dealer again.

Nice car and price awful staff

The car is nice the price is good the staff is not what it should be! It took days to get things worked out and more then 1 trip to the dealership and ended with our credit union having to talk with them for them to do things right. We would be told one thing then get there and it would be a total different deal over and over. They treated my wife like she wasn't there. Good car incompetent staff.
