Wow - Great Service - Paul worked with me for over a month to put together a deal I thought was right for me and my budget. He went out of his way to communicate with me and got me the best deal I could find in the Denver Metro Area. I have never liked the financial part of buying a new or used vehicle, but Paul made it simple. I really like his cradle to grave process at closing. You will not go wrong dealing with Paul, he's as honest a salesman I think I have ever met!!!!

Paul Pfeifer Bent Over Backwards in this Purchase

I wasn't planning to buy a car this month, although my main mode of transportation was becoming dangerous to drive. While my 1995 Explorer was getting a recall part replaced in it, I saw Paul Pfeifer in the showroom area. When I asked if there were any cars on the lot in my price range, instead of blowing me off like some car sales people had done in the past at other places, Paul Pfeifer was polite, courteous and searched his lot for possible cars meeting my criteria. He was able to let me test drive two very nice used vehicles. He never pressured me once, but instead demonstrated great patience and courtesy to me when his co-worker didn't get the needed paperwork for my purchase to him for hours and hours. Since I waited there so long to finalize my purchase of the second car I test drove, a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, Paul Pfeifer was able to make an exception and lower the purchase price for me a bit. This made it more affordable for me to be able to make this necessary purchase. Paul Pfeifer spent more than two hours personally searching for good financing for my purchase when it wasn't really his responsibility to do so. Paul Pfeifer Bent Over Backwards to Help Me Purchase a mechanically sound Car essential for getting to and from work, when I thought it would be impossible for me to replace the old car I had been depending on. Thank you, Paul, for your courtesy, your kindness and persistence despite unforeseen obstacles. Your help is very much appreciated: And I pray God will bless you abundantly for this demonstration of kindness.

The best car buying experience I've EVER had!

My sales representative John was very knowledgeable about the Ford Fusion I was looking at.. He took his time in showing us multiple vehicles with different options, assisted us in choosing which options we were looking for, and which engine work best for us. This was the best car buying experience I've had, no sales pressure, I felt as if John and I had been friends for years. Great Experience
