TRULY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

After speaking with a salesman, Bryan Foose, over the phone and being pre qualified, we were told they found a vehicle within our price range. Prior to making the trip from Colorado Springs to Denver, we asked Bryan if he was certain the payments were within the range we previously discussed. He assured us they were and finance had already approved the deal... that all we had to do was sign paperwork. After making the commute to Denver, we test drove the vehicle and decided to purchase it. The salesman brought us the offer sheet which had the payments nearly double what we had previously discussed. Obviously, we turned the deal down and was never offered as much an apology for wasting our time with lies and deceit just to get us in the dealership! My husband who is a Wounded Warrior Veteran just had surgery one week prior to making this commute. We were hoping to minimize any of the normal hassle of car buying. This definitely did not happen. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone who values their time as we do.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you look at other comments - specifically Dealerrater.com, you will see a recurring theme of poor customer service and dishonesty. I experienced both as well. Do not trust ANYTHING they say - only trust what you see in writing. They will say one thing and then write down another. So, make sure you read what they write down. Our car buying experience was terrible as it took hours upon hours to complete the paperwork. The paperwork and financing was sloppy and irresponsible. They couldn't even spell my name right. Great attention to detail there. They promised me a maintenance package that was transferable. That is not what they have given me in writing though. Luckily, I caught that they tried to give me a maintenance package for a diesel vehicle when I was buying a gas vehicle. Nice try dealership but that is totally dishonest and I hope karma comes back to serve you. So, please don't do what I did and trust anyone at this dealership. Don't make my mistake. They are the dealership that every buyer fears. I have reported the dealership to GM customer service and would encourage all the others who have had less than standard experiences to do the same. I would just buy from another GM dealership.

Great service

I was surprised at the cost for servicing my car. It was reasonable. I was disappointed that it took so long for GM to provide the parts for the ignition switch recall. It took two months and this was a critical recall.

Great Service

I brought my car in for a recall. I made the initial appointment in February and was told I would be called when the parts came in. It took over three months for the parts to be shipped to John Elway Chevrolet on Colorado but the service staff, Geoff in particular, was very helpful in keeping me updated. Thank you for your quick service to my car!

Everyone is very friendly and the work was done within the time estimated. The negative feedback i would give is that windshield wiper blades are too much. Cost $50.

Great dealership!

Great dealership to work with. Staff is awesome and very helpful. Buying was very easy and offered multiple ways of communication so that I did not have to sit in the dealership for hours on end. Service department went out of their way to help me get my car looked at quickly. I will definitely visit these guys again when it the time comes to buy another car.
