Truly a great experience with Red Noland Infiniti of Colorado Springs. So I was not even in the market for a new car however after meeting with Colter who is the Marketing Manager for the Red Noland group on other business he shared with me the cadillac srx he just purchased with some great lease plans Red Noland had going on at the time. I had never driven an Infiniti before but Colter took me on a test drive of everything and even though again i was not in the market for a new vehicle John the sales manger, Keturah Wilbourn the sales consultant treated me so good I could not pass up becoming a member of the Red Noland family. I ended up getting a new Infiniti and couldn't be more please with the whole experience .Thanks again

Red Noland Purchase experience 3-21-15

I normally would not buy a car from a dealer. But we saw a car we were interested in on Cars.com and liked all the pictures descriptions and Carfax rating, and the price was close to what we wanted. So we called Red Noland and the lady on the ph., Tessa, was very pleasant and nice, we set up a time to go see the Altima. We were treated like we were buying a new Mercedez, they had the car staged out front, running, all doors open, trunk and hood open to inspect the vehicle. Rick our salesman was very easy going answered all our questions, and no high pressure to buy. They, Rick and the Manager, worked with us on the price so we could get the vehicle. They had spent $936 to get the vehicle all ready to sell, detailed, tires, oil changed , air filter, etc. The car had some scratches, but Rick had Carl their detail/paint man fix them all beautifully and buff the whole car out so we'd be happy. I'm telling you it looked brand new, my wife was so excited, it's a 2011 Altima but we feel like we have a new car. I mentioned I'd seen some chips in the windshield, Rick had them repaired the day I took it in for the paint repair. Awesome experience all the way through, I'd recomend them to anybody.
