Integrity, honesty, customer service is the priority through the organization, top to bottom. I dealt with Mark, Tyler and Eric, all stand up guys, especially Tyler.You will be happy and feel like a winner when you shop there.Also, what the organization gives back to the community is commendable. Horrible service

I bought a used car from here and when I was filling out my paper work. I was guaranteed that my price wouldn't change by signing on the dotted line. Days later I had to come back and resign new paper work because it increased. Also my manual and my plate were going to be in the mail right away. It's been over a month and have not received either one. The dealership makes promises but does not follow through. They just made sure they made there sale. The worse customer services I have ever had.

No joke, the friendliest and best customer service

Gary was the man who helped us and I will say..he is the man! We have never received the kind of honest professionalism, and customer service from any other dealership I've been to. He made the whole process comfortable and worked with us to make sure we had what we needed and understood our needs to the fullest. He was easy to talk to, and the whole staff treated us like we were family. I recommend anyone in the Arizona vicinity to work with them if you plan on buying a Mazda. You're dealing with real, honest people. Gary thank you so much for making this big buying decisions easier on us.

Not Impressed

I went to but one car. Was told I could purchase two with both my trades. We found two cars we liked, and got the payments we wanted. A week later we received a call back saying we needed to come back and "sign some unfinished paperwork". We went back in and were told our interest rate we agreed on had tripled, along with the payments. Also they needed a "few" more dollars for compartment, by that they meant $3500 more. I understand the banks dictate terms sometimes, but for a dealership to be that far off and think they can do the deal? We ended up giving the cars back and went across the street, those folks got the deal done at acceptable trends and were up front and honest from the start.

No Pressure Sales!

If you are in the hunt for a Mazda, I would totally recommend this dealership. The salesman that assisted us, Armando Ramos, was patient, informative and a true pleasure to work with. Our visit with him was to merely test drive a vehicle but not to make any decision for a couple of weeks. Armando honored our request and also provided us with a quote based upon dealer invoice that day - with the promise to honor the quote if we returned. Although in the end, we chose a Ford Focus from a dealership just up the road from CardinaleWay, it was merely because the style and feel of the Mazda didn't meet our needs. Armando was great, however. In fact I will refer friends directly to Armando if they are in the market for a Mazda
