Online purchase 1997 Lexus SC 300

I received prompt same day reply to the interest query on the page and spoke with a rep (Mike) who had knowledge of the car, its previous owner and their dealership's experience with the car. Combined with the many pictures and his descriptions, we confirmed my interest and he was to check on a couple of service items. From other similar vehicles I had shopped, I did not think the car overpriced. My car was currently listed on Craigslist, so he could similarly verify my description. We agreed on a timing belt service to be performed prior to delivery at my expense. At 102k miles, my trip back home was 500 miles across Wyoming and I did not want to risk a failure. He offered me fair value for a 2007 Honda EX-L coupe. I drove my trade-in to Salt Lake City, was met with concierge service by the detail team; the car was detailed well, and placed in the showroom. Even with a 17 year old used car (or maybe because of it) they do make you feel special. Mike in person was friendly and enthusiastic that an older guy car nut was taking this car to further upgrading and to enjoy as a somewhat iconic Lexus model. I will, however, be writing Mike that if I were to sell used cars, I would make it a point to make sure all the accessory items, and functional components are working or described as in need of service. Case in point, I encountered rain on the trip home and the wiper blades were ancient - hard and chattering. Small gripe. Though this was a cash transaction, of course you have to endure the finance office and here I have a bit larger gripe, an automatic charge added without my consent for some glass etching that is supposed to deter theft. I believe this is mostly bogus, but decided not to create ill will for the amount involved. The tank was full, the car smelled great and from 15 feet looked brand new. I would buy again from Miller Lexus

Fantastic service and team work..beyond belief!

After picking up my repaired LexusGS350 from collision, there were still existing problems (windshield washing fluid running out, battery died when car parked, etc) My service agent, Mandy, who with Josh and Omar handled some initial repairs because I went right into the Lexus dealership across the street. When I got the car home, the battery died. I called Mandy who sent Josh right out to my home to charge the battery.. (we left it on a low charger overnight) By morning the battery was dead. I called Larry Miller to find that Mandy was out of the office, but Jason took over and immediatly had my car towed into the dealership, where it was checked thoroughly for shorting, lights having been left on during repair etc.. When Jason was satisfied that the car was in perfect condition, Omar returned it to me at my home .Everyone involved was beyond fabulous! This incident took place Nov.1&2 my Customer # :902583----work order: 362558

Worst Service Ever

went in for two things , one get my infiniti repaired under my warranty and look into purchasing a new car, one when looking at my car they told my they had to send it to the infiniti dealership due to them not having the proper training to fix it without letting me know that infiniti charges higher rates then what the warranty covers to make it worse once the service was completed my car was still not fixed , when i went back to lexus to talk to the service rep i had been dealing with all he could do was play the blame game and say it was infiniti, at no point in our conversation did he assure me that my car was going to get fixed all he said is i had to pay for parts and labor on something that didn't fix my issue, to be honest worst service EVER i would never buy a car nor go in for a service there..NEVER
