Slow process but friendly staff

We waited at the dealership for over 7 hours while the people behind the scenes finalized our paperwork. We came with our own financing, and it was a Wednesday, so I don't know what the delay was for except possibly being under-staffed. By far the longest car buying process I've ever experienced. They really push you to leave a good review regardless of your experience. However, clean facilities and friendly people and knowledgeable salesmen.

Excellent staff

Had service on our RAV 4 - time in to time out about an hour. car was cleaned and washed. Waiting area is sufficient - not fantastic, but sufficient.

Above and beyond

I had a problem with my car not starting because of dead battery. I called AAA to check it out and found that the battery was drained and that there showed to be a drain on the battery. They jump started it for me so I could take it to Young Auto Mall. William said that I could leave the Camry and they would check it out as soon as they could. I got a call in the afternoon that I could pick up the car. When I arrived to pick it up he said that they had checked everything including the battery and the check engine light issue and that everything was good. When I signed the work invoice I was surprised to see that there was no charge. Thank you!

Wonderful Service Team

After buying a used truck we noticed the engine cutting out. The service team could not replicate the issue and we became worried about our new purchase. Dean Hartson came to the rescue and they were able to problem solve and found the electrical issue. I am very satisfied with the level of commitment Dean and his team had helping us during the frustrating time.
