I purchased a F-150 from Coggin Deland Ford , Stephanie was my sales person , very professional and helpful , she listened to my concerns and she found the truck I wanted , the whole time she was smiling and didn't get frustrated once , I negotiated the price with her manager Amir , not only he got me the payment but he was kind and helpful as well , I will definitely return and I recommend Coggin Deland Ford to my friends and family. Grate service, awesome outcome, loving environment

I cannot explain in words that how much grateful I am towards you all. I never thought I would be getting the perfect people by my side in a perfect time. I was devastated about the accident I faced for the first time and I had no one to go to with my car to get it fixed or even ask for an advice on what to do. Even the insurance company turned their back on me saying they cannot pay and fix the car, and also I was having few family issues going on for which I couldn't get the owner's signature for the car to get it repaired. He happens to be my uncle though. Anyways, I struggled a lot with the car, stuck up home, couldn't go to school neither at work. After all these going on, as my car was drive-able, I took it to Honda and say them the problem I was having and particularly Patricia Dagostino my service advisor asked me to go to the Collision Center right away saying all my problems to Louise Mazzoli in advance. Well, there you go, I wasted no time and I went see her. I spoke to her about everything, I felt she is an angel to me, helped me all the way through, asked me everything to do accordingly the way she says, she fought for me, she found my way out, she taught me a lesson, to be bold and strong, and to fight back for own rights. How I knew that I will be meeting her? But I did, I am so thankful, so grateful to her and the entire team members for working and dealing with my car, my helplessness, my emotions with their heart and hard work. Thank you very much for making me feel so blessed. I said anyone and everyone, my friends, my family about Deland Ford Collision Center. I also loved about how i was welcomed there each day, they smiled, i smiled, warm hugs, honest love filled my heart with peace. Lastly, guess what, my car turned to be absolutely new, shiny and beautiful, and performs totally great as before. Thank you wouldn't be enough if i say, im just very grateful.

Great Car Purchase Experience

My wife and I purchased a 2009 Jaguar with low miles from Coggin Deland Ford LM. The car is in like new condition and runs perfect. Coggin Deland Ford has a large selection of low mileage, well maintained vehicles. The dealership is clean and the service staff are friendly and helpful. Amir the Sale Manager was remarkable. He worked with me to ensure I got the right car at the right price. I appreciate him greatly for taking care of me and addressing my goals as a customer. I want to bring special attention to the fact that Jennifer Gruber, Sales Consultant went above and beyond after the sale to ensure that I was happy by calling me at home a couple of times to ensure I was still happy with my purchase. Horrible experience

I purchased a new F-150 from Deland Ford, after a couple weeks i noticed a problem with the back glass. i went in for warranty work a total of six times before the repair was finished. They said it needed to be there for a full day, it was there for a day and a half. I got a rental car and i had to pay for it, even though the truck was brand new. When i went to pick up the truck my bed mounted tool box was laying in the bed of the truck, they removed it and didn't bother to remount it. They also wrote on the front glass why it was in for service and didn't bother cleaning it off.

Unhappy

Very unhappy on the buying process. They totally took advantage of my 18 year old son. From changing the price every time the salesman left to talk to the GM from the mileage being wrong at signing and affecting the warranty they charged him to the car not being checked out. I found the car needing repairs, tech blamed my son for causing the repairs even though we only had the car for 1 day. Everyone beware! They don't care about you, just selling cars! Will NEVER buy another car from them again.

Pre-Owned

BEWARE! Salesman leaves you and talks to another person several times. Your sitting there just waiting. Then you agree on a price and the salesman leaves again. Then you go to talk with another person to pay for it. She doesn't know about the price you agreed on with the salesman. Now salesman blames it on the GM who won't change price to what you agree on. After paying for it you find out the car wasn't checked out. You find things wrong with it. You have to argue again to get it repaired. Service tech blames me, saying I caused the repairs when I only had the car 1 day. They only care about selling cars. Don't care about you! Will NEVER buy a car from them again! Over all purchasing time 5 hours. :(

Great Service, Friendly Staff

Scot McCabe was very friendly and helpful when I needed to bring my Ford in due to a recall. He explained the process very clearly to me and was very polite and attentive, ensuring me someone would be right with me even though I came in at a busy time. His pleasant attitude certainly brightened up a potentially unpleasant even like bringing a car in to be serviced.

Ford C-max Energi

Just leased a new Ford from this dealership. Amir the internet manager was awesome. I am a driver when I buy and want what I want. He was patient and with help from Jennifer got an amazing deal. It a hometown feel dealership which I like. 5 minutes from my house. I met the sales manager and he was awesome also. Will look to them first when in the market for a new car. I have leased 30 PLUS cars over the years so trust me, I know my stuff and they delivered.

Total System Failure

It's hard to decide where to start. Basically they failed at every opportunity. 1. Promised a 3-day repair, but took 14 days. 2. I called them 12 times for status updates, while only receiving a single return call. 3. They left my car unlocked and unsecured on their lot. 4. They applied a horrible paint job. 12 paint defects were identified after the first repair attempt. 5. The inside of my car was returned in absolutely filthy condition. My stone grey interior was black. 6. My engine compartment was covered in a white slurry. 7. A quality control checklist was left in my car after the repair was complete but none of the boxes were checked. 8. The repair receptionist flat out lied to me at least 6 times.

Fun car buying experience

If you're looking for a solid car sales professional, then ask for Scott Pitchford at Coggin Deland Ford. We have twice purchased cars from Scott at Coggin and both times my wife and I enjoyed the whole experience. Scott is courteous, patient, and no pressure. It's clear when working with Scott that he is more concerned that you find the right car for your family, then simply trying to make a sale. This is both refreshing and appreciated.
