The service was professional, everyone was curteous and attentive to any needs you may have had, even while waiting on the customer lounge. The lounge was large and had plenty of comfortable seating which could accommodate anyone, from low comfortable couches, to hard back higher chairs, comfortable chairs, separate TV area seating which is newer since I was there in April. They added separate desk seats which was great because I usually bring my laptop top do homework while waiting. The complementary coffee and tea was stocked and clean. Service was fast. I only had one minor issue and that's I was told they did a quick complementary vacuum which was a first, when I looked at the passenger side and the back, none of it had been vacuumed, just the driver side, I just felt don't tell me you vacuumed and you only did 1/4 of the car. Sorento Schedule Service

The repair to the front driver's seat molding did not "hold". The next day the molding popped out again and I had to return to the dealership to have it replaced.

Had an appointment for an oil change and thought the tires may need to be rotated. The service writer suggested that the tire rotation could wait until the next oil change base on the miles we have put on the car since the last oil change. Car was ready on time and the service also performed a recall.

Key Repair

I brought my car in to get the key fixed. They told me I was all done. I'm in my car with my extra key getting ready to pull out of the garage. I realize they didn't give me the repaired key. I told the service man....he said, you have it. I said, no I don't. He went back in the service area and ask them where my key was. He then gave me the key. Then while we went into the waiting area their was a sick child sleeping on the couch. His father worked for kia. I felt bad for the small child. Isn't this fault. After a while the mother came to pick him up. I just don't think it was a good idea to have a sick child around where customers have to sit. Things happen when you have children. I have some of my own.
