False advertisement

This dealership falsely advertises prices on Cars.com and then jacks the price back up to MSRP when you get there just to draw you in. I HIGHLY advise not to waste your time here as a MANAGER myself in retail, for their poor business practices. After being referred by a friend, I personally travelled over 450 miles to purchase a vehicle from them because of the price and then found no help from them at all when I first arrived. I am in retail and know how companies like this make their profits on USED inventory markup margins but I was willing to place my money in a trustworthy company and this dealership showed no effort to make my extensive distance travel worth it. They also have no company structure. Apparently everyone that works there has some sort of unheard of management title. I was horribly mislead by the other farfetched reviews on here so please take this advice as best you can for your own benefit, and choose a different dealership.

I would recommend this car dealership to everyone. They are very professional and very friendly. If you go to the car dealership asked for the car dealer "Daisha." She is very honest and will help you get the car you want. I have bought 6 cars and out of those this was the best experience I have had was through this car dealership. The car dealership was very professional, friendly, and honest.

Fantastic Experience

I was a first-time car buyer and shopped around to find the best deal I could. After meeting with a sales representative at Chapman Hyundai on Bell, he guaranteed me the best prices and remained true to his word. He adamantly and honestly negotiated to get my numbers into exactly what I was looking for, and even better still. The owner of the dealership personally assisted in helping me reach my final deal. Everybody was friendly, courteous, and patient; I never felt rushed or pressured to "sign right now". My questions were answered and everything was explained thoroughly and to my understanding. Fantastic customer service and appreciation! The buying process was fun, exciting, and ended better than I had hoped! They earned my business and my future recommendations for people looking for a car. I had a great experience and now have a new car at a fantastic deal! Thank you for making my first car buying experience such a positive thing to look back on!

Very Unhappy

I went to this dealership mainly because I had a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer that I purchased in another state that I wanted to trade in. Granted the 2005 Lancer was on it's last leg. I was given 500.00 as a trade in. I purchased a new 2013 Lancer, which I'm happy I purchased. My issue with this dealership and the salesman are as follows. I am a veteran and as such, should have received a 500.00 discount, according to their policy off of the purchase price. I did not receive this discount because I had neither a valid military ID nor my DD214. They refuse to make this situation right. The other issue is when the car was delivered to me, it had a small scratch on it that was brought to my attention by the salesman. i wasn't even aware of the scratch until he brought it to my attention, which I thought was admirable. He informed me that someone would be contacting within the week to schedule an appointment to fix the scratch. After 3 weeks of no contact from them, I called. It's been over 3 months now, numerous phone calls, several trips back to the dealership with no results!! Very disappointing!!
