I have consistently received excellent customer service at Porsche of Waukesha. The purchase experience with Jeff Friess was very pleasant and professional. My service department visits have also been a pleasure. I look forward to doing more business with this dealership in the future. There are Porsche dealerships closer to my home but the outstanding customer care I recieve at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.

He is always attentive and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I have also been very impressed with the service department when I bring my vehicles in for service. Jeff even went to the extent of sending me a photo of the ship my new car was coming on. The personal touch he gave was a fantastic quality that for me went a long way. Being in sales myself I recognize the importance of being attentive to ones wants and needs. I purchased a used Porsche at this dealership and highly recommend them. The entire process was actually pleasant with exceptional customer service. My salesman Jeff was knowledgeable and extremely prompt with replies, whether it was after hours or his day off. His personality and sense of humor makes him such a pleasure to work with. The entire team from sales and finance managers to the service advisor I dealt with were all straightfoward and most helpful. I live in NH and they made all the arrangements to have the car transported to my home. Truly a great car shopping experience.
