Bought a fiat 500 pop, was fast and easy, while we were test driving notice something wrong with the drivers mirror. Told the sales person. He said no problem we can fix it, They took the car, ordered the mirror, and we were going to have it fixed when we brought the vehicle in for the detail cleaning. Well the mirror was the wrong one ordered, and the detail job they did could of been done by a 6 year old. I had to reclean the car myself to take off the wax marks on all the plastic on the car. Oh and it took all day to detail the car. So we picked up the car, waited for the mirror to come in, which was told would be the next day. That was a Monday. Got a call on Wednesday, at 4:pm that the part was here. Try to call that evening, at 4:20 pm to make appointment. The service writer wasn't there, had left. And no one could take our appointment at that time. So had to call back the next day. Now have to wait a week for the mirror to be installed, because they only have two certified tects. That can install the mirror and one is going to be in school. I also saw the customer satisfaction percentage which is 87, that is real low for a dealership. So buyer beware of the dealership. Buying the car was great. Anything after that good luck.
