Excellent Service

Gage showed excellent customer service when I brought my 2007 Cadillac CTS to be serviced. He put me in a loaner and I fell in love with the 2014 model. He introduced me to Bobby the salesman who was great and I traded in my 2007 for a 2014 Cadillac CTS Turbo. From beginning to end 5 star service!!!

Friendly Staff and Timely Service

Very nice experience

Everything went smoothly. They were 1 person down, so no one greeted me at my car, but totally understandable. Although I'd given all my information to the receptionist when I made the appointment, Mr. Garrison requested it again. Not a big deal, but shows a little lack of coordination, perhaps. Car done when I was told it would be. Staff directed us to a place to eat lunch, withing walking distance. Comfortable waiting room. Definitely will return, although it is a 80+ mile trip, each way.

Wonderful service manager

I purchased a used SRX in November and was told by Cadillac (corporate) that I had until December 2015 for my warranty and service package, I went to the dealership for oil change and was told it had expired the previous Week the service manager we sweet and stood behind Cadillac and gave the oil change, the only complaint is the bad car wash

Great service

Had a check engine light... They got it in and out in a couple of hours in spite of a heavy workload. Minor issue covered under warranty. Didn't cost me a dime ! Going back next week for 50K mile maintenance.
