Service Department will try to scam you

Took my rx8 to them for what I thought was a oil leak, but know now was a loose drain plug,,I was told I had power steering issues,,weak sensors,,failing oil metering pump,,also told I had corroded battery cables,,they tried to get me to pay 4500 in needless repairs,,,,needless to say I said no,,took car to another shop,,no issues were found and no codes etc,,,to this day my car is still in excellent shape,,,if I had more time I would have filed formal complaint with Mazda USA,,,their service dept is dishonest,,,stay away,,,

Don't ever buy anything from this dealership!!

Terrible customer service! Walk in the front door after they get their commission and they don't even want to speak to you. Left a very rude message to come pick up my plates. I received paperwork that said the audio system worked properly when I bought the car. It doesn't and they won't fix it. Didn't complete financing paperwork correctly. Not happy at all! I will never buy anything from them!
