The dealership did the first time oil change for my 2014 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. Very good service . Nice people in every section. I also got free car wash and a $10 coupon for my next time oil change service.

had struts replaced and new remote - when previously asked how much a new remote was - I was told approx. $175 then when I say order one I am then told of the cost to "re-program" to the new remote -- I feel I should have been told of the WHOLE cost in order for the new remote to actually work in the car --

The service consultant Daniel Feldman is an amazing perfect employee. He was extremely courteous and sympathetic to the stress I was undergoing. He made my visit to the service department very easy going. He was informative and professional in every aspect. People like Mr. Daniel Feldman make a business look it's best. Excellent professional purchasing experience

The internet salesperson, Tracy Benjamin, was very efficient and professional. She was knowledgeable about the purchase process. Before dealing with Romero Mazda, I had horrible experiences from two other dealerships. Tracy was my lifesaver. Not only did she find my car, the dealership traveled 2 1/2 hours to get it.
