No Pressure but attentive sales person

I was apprehensive to go because of poor Yelp reviews but decided to try anyway. Mustafa was the only sales person to approach us. we told him we were just looking. While we were looking. He also was looking for cars that he thought we would be interested in. He was very patient with us and even brought us water as it was a hot day. It was nice to shop without someone breathing down your neck. Mustafa knew what we were looking for and brought keys to cars he had an idea we would like. It was like he read my mind.

Fast and friendly

Fast and friendly! I came in not expecting to leave with a new car, I was looking for a CPO. The manager advised me to look at the newer models and I found a car I LOVE! The sales guy was very helpful and answered all my questions as well.

Great service team

The service man listened to my concerns and repeated back to me everything item I asked to be checked out and gave me a time expectancy for completion of service. They were done one hour early. He indicated what they would do if the problem continued as they could not find a cause of the one concern.
