Everything went smoothly during the whole process. Only problem was not having the 2nd key on site, but was able to mail to me. The last issue with the car seems to be a software glitch. Every time the car switches gears, it defaults it temperature to Celsius instead over Fahrenheit. Going through the settings and manually changing it only lasts until you change from drive to low, neutral, reverse, and park. Hopefully Chevy has a fix for this, because everything else on the car is wonderful.

Great sales experience

My purchase experience at Guaranty Chevrolet was exceptional. Victor Hernandez is the kind of salesman every dealership should have. He is knowledgable and considerate. He walked us through the purchase process, answering our questions without "pushing" us to buy. His low-key sales approach allayed any doubts we had and actually motivated us to make the purchase. Later in the day when I came to take delivery of my truck he was busy with another sales opportunity. None-the-less, he took the time to explain the features of the truck and make sure I knew I could call him if I had any questions. I am also impressed that I received a follow-up call from the dealership two days later, making sure I was happy with my purchase and informing me that I could call any time if I had further questions. Now, that's great customer service! Thank You!

Service as great as the truck

Nancy Reyes was terrific as always. I have purchased a vehicle form her previously. Rafael the finance manager is also fantastic and made the paperwork part smooth. I would recommending not asking multiple times on the extended warranty. I get its part of the business and makes money but after 2 or 3 times of saying no, it does take away from the positive experience. Please do call me, email only! Again, do not call, I am fine with email not conversations.

Great people, great service, nice clean environmen

Ian Sampson helped me. He is always very nice, attentive and professional. I needed a couple things fixed that were under warranty and they were handled to my satisfaction and I was able to borrow a car from Guaranty while my car was being fixed, which was very convenient.

Speedy Service

Great service
