Unbelievably Unreal

I was referred to this company by a family friend who RAVED about the process and the people and customer service she received here ... so naturally i went here trusting that since she was treated so highly by the personnel here they obviously know what they're doing ... or so i thought... 2 weeks after buying my car here i found an issue with the trunk leaking ... also with when i was breaking the wheel in the car would shake and i made an appointment to get it looked at. I spoke to Tom the guy in service and he told me to call back Ron around 3pm that day which i did and received no answer ... a week later i called back ron and bob and no answer from them but did receive a call back from John the service manager... after being told i was going to receive a call back from him about a courtesy vehicle being loaned to me within one day ... a WEEK later i received nothing. So again i had to call back this company for answers .... to which John later told me he had no recollection of speaking with me until i mentioned the problem and he never wrote anything down related to the issue. I did get a courtesy vehicle .. that was a 9 passenger mini-van when i drive an 04 sonata - a sedan ... and the gas light immediately came on .. so now i am stuck at work with no car no answers no phone calls and a service manager that thinks that its perfectly ok to forget about a customer who was trying to get this issue resolved for a month now ... and then give that customer a vehicle with no gas . I will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone and im sorry to say that i was recommended to go here because i would much rather have went somewhere where they actually remember and write down issues customers are having than to be told they dont know who i think i am expecting a courtesy car with gas in it .. smh

Dear Unhappy, I just read your review on service, and I sincerely apologize if we fell short of your expectations. Here at Car Circus we strive to make sure our customers are happy at purchase, and continue to be pleased through the service and warranty requirements. We are one of VERY FEW dealers that provide free loaner cars for our customers, and loaners are done by appointment and reservations only, and as they are limited, we try and schedule the best we can, taking into consideration if a car is disabled, or just coming in for a minor repair, such as a squeak, rattle, water leak, etc. As with any loaner or rental car, you are responsible for any and all fuel needed while you have the car. We give ours out without fuel, and tell the borrower, please put in what you will use and return it on empty. As far as the type of vehicle, we try to put generic cars on the road, and while a mini van may not be as much fun to drive as a Corvette, it can get the job done for anyone from business person to soccer mom. It is designed to get you to and from where you need to go safely and comfortably. Your vehicle was brought in with the complaint of a water leak in the trunk and a brake pedal pulsation. While neither of these items are covered under the terms of your 24 month-24000 mile Superior Warranty, we wanted to keep you, our customer, satisfied, so at the expense of the dealership, not the warranty company, we replaced your two front brake rotors and brake pads with new ones, and repaired a displaced trunk gasket to stop the water leak, This was accomplished in about 4 hours, and John left you a voicemail that your car was completed and ready for pickup that same day. There is no right or wrong in the way your case was handled, as I feel it was handled correctly and swiftly, but the customers perception is all that counts. The repairs were done at no charge to you, and you were kept with transportation during the repair, but if you, the customer feel we fell short, please accept my apologies. If you read all of our reviews, 98.5% of the time we get it right, but if you are in that 1.5% that we fell short on, I'm sure it doesn't feel good. I notice that you have driven your car almost 4000 miles since purchase, and are due for an oil change to keep your warranty in force and good standings. just bought my second car from car circus

I happened on Car Circus years ago while driving around looking for a used automobile. I did tons of research online and normally do all of my purchasing this way, however Car Circus really stood out to me when I saw how well they kept their automobiles, and how good thier prices were. When I needed my second car a month ago, I started looking on the internet again, but just ended up heading back over to Car Circus. Thier selection is still top notch and they really do keep thier inventory looking great, not to mention Ron and Bob who I dealt with are both really nice upstanding guys. I would recommend Car Circus to anyone.
