Excellent Service

I had my vehicle serviced at Jimmy Vasser Chevrolet and am very pleased with how nice everyone was. They made me feel very comfortable with what needed to be done to my vehicle. They came as a referral from a friend and I would recommend them to anyone else who needs service. They are great. I am also a big fan of Jimmy Vasser, a legend in the racing world! I really trust this dealership and will do business with them again.

terrible new car delivery

Bought a new Camaro SS with stains covering all painted body parts, windows and wheels. Called salesman to explain problem told him my local detailer was going to try and clay bar and polish car and hope all stains would be removed. Salesman said OK and to let him know how successful this was,Called again next day and informed salesman detailer was 95% successful in the stain removal, he said I'am glad you took the car to a professional detailer because our guys are only wash guys and would not do that great of job removing these stains. When i asked for reimbursement the general manager refused saying Vasser Chevrolet had not authorized such action. [ brand new car with salesmans OK did not satisfy this general manager!!! REALLY!!! Also, when I left the dealership the tires on this NEW car were 7 pounds under inflated. Also, under hood was filthy dirty and i spent one hour cleaning an engine compartment on this NEW Camaro. I`am still going round and round with this dealership, and can`t believe they would sell a new car in this condition and not stand by the OK I received to get the car detailed as instructed by the salesman. Stay away from this dealer at all costs,
