Everyone in the purchasing process afforded us a comfortable experience, neither rushed or unprofessional We would and will pass this information to friends and associates. As of this date we do not intend to purchase another new car in the immediate future, however when we do make another selection it will be with with this same dealership, assuming Ford has yet another winning auto.

NEW FUSION 2016

This experience was AWESOME. I have been to other dealerships in the past and I have had awful experiences. Henery Curtis Ford truly makes the experience of buying a car easy and they look out for your best interest. Steve Shackleford wanted to really know what would best suit me for a new car. He understood my needs of traveling around for work and understood safety features were important to me. Nick helped while Steve was with other guests and showed me the great variety of vehicles. I am so satisfied with the customer service that was provided thank you very much! See you in a couple months when my mother will be shopping for her new Fusion!

I did not purchase a vehicle. I took my vehicle in for 2 recalls, however Phil in the Service Dept. was very helpful and very customer oriented and had a very good attitude. He deserves to be commended for his customer service.

Great customer service.

My wife and I purchased a new Escape during the Labor Day sales promotion. We were immediately greeted outside the showroom by a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Getting to the purchase price was a no hassle transaction because of our COSTCO membership. All the staff we encounter were very professional and courteous. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Henry Curtis Ford to family or friends.

Excellent service team!

On a cross-country trip, I needed an emergency windshield wiper system repair on my 2013 Mustang. The Curtis team worked me into their schedule on three consecutive days to identify the wiper problem and get necessary parts to do the repair. My service advisor (Paul, as I remember) was the best I've ever encountered at a Ford dealership. He was exceptionally friendly, conscientious and understanding of my needs in scheduling the work to be done while I planned to be in the San Francisco area. I wish the Henry Curtis dealership were in my home area of Virginia!
