WE EXPERIENCED ANEXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SALESMAN...OUR HEARTBURN BEGAN WITH THE FINANCE MAN WHO COULD NOT BELIEVE WE DID NOT WANT TO GO WITH HIS ADVICE AND FINANCING..WE HAD ALREADY BEEN APPROVED BY OUR CREDIT UNION AND WE INTENDED TO USE THEM ALTHOUGH WE COULD GET A LOWER RATE...THE FINANCE MAN JUST COULD NOT BELIEVE IT...OF COURSE,HE WAS SEEING HIS INCOME GOING OUT THE WINDOW. HE MADE THE TRANSACTION SO UNPLEASANT THAT MY HUSBAND GOT UP TO GO HOME AND ,IN FACT,DID GO HOME..

I came into the Sheehy ford in Marlow Heights,I expected the process to be long. My sales person Glenda was very charming, she made me feel at ease with purchasing my new car. She offered water and refreshments. She made me laugh and I felt as though she was a part of my family. I would recommend if you are in the process of purchasing a car please stop by and see Glenda. She made my experience wonderful.

Outstanding service. We were in and out and even though I was not able to be there for the entire transaction, they were able to still take care of us and get us all the discounts we could get. Looking forward to the relationship and maybe even helping them get more there for others to buy there. People were amazing.
