DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE

I have a been a long time customer of this facility (I've purchased 3 cars) and I am beyond disturbed at the customer service and the allegations that the workers put on the customer when they are at fault. My daughter bought her car to do service and now the car is missing! Yes folks missing. I will NEVER PURCHASE another FORD AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER! David the manager should think twice about his job position as he told me that my car (2013) Ford Fiesta wasn't worth stealing. My suggestion to anyone that has service or purchases a vehicle just pay for your oil changes because the VIP service that you pay for is a joke. And get paperwork when you drop your car off or someone to write it on paper and keep track cause no one remembers anything when they are at fault! I'm going on every site to make sure that my friends and family don't purchase from this dealership ever. L Good Luck car shoppers and Beware!

After the sell ... why

I purchased a car in July and the process was fairly seamless. The car did have some burns in it though but I proceeded with the sale thinking that the dealership would look after me. Well after the sale ... after I put a lot of money down and paid all the extra fees, the dealership stopped caring... - I had to call an upholstery shop myself (after the salesmen told me he would get a quote and call me the next day but did not) to repair the burns in my car. - I have not heard from the tags employee for almost a week. Talk about customer service. The finance person was fine but I have never had this bad of customer service after the sale of a car. My temporary tags could expire and I don't even know what the dealership is up to. I'll gladly take back the registration fees I paid and do it myself. Probably would be much faster. And if Sheehy treats their customers the same way during the purchase as after it, the dealership could be much better.

Horrible Buying Experience

This Dealership doesn't even know how to process a car sale. I tried to purchase a used car from them and had all my financing in place when I went to them for purchase. They couldn't even send my bank from whom I had a check valid for XXXX.00 amount the sales receipt for the vehicle which I was buying. Therefore my bank sent the check back unpaid. Now my temporary 60 day Maryland Tag is running out and I don't have a my new tag. Isn't this great. To add insult to injury I called the sales manager to explain this was going to happen over two weeks ago, she said she would call me back after looking into it. She called me a week later stating she had discovered they hadn't got paid yet, ( DUH ) but didn't know why they bounced the check from my bank. I called the bank immediately to find out what I explained above. She called me the next day but still didn't know why my bank had bounced the check. I stopped her to explain why, as in the purchase this dealer charges a $300.00 Admin Fee they call it. I asked before the sale what this was & tried to get it removed but they wouldn't. Guess what the Admin Fee is for she said. To pay the financial department who doesn't even know how to fax a sales receipt to a bank for a vehicle purchase. How Lame is That. To sum it all up she got rude with me & hung up when I explained she needed to go to her own Finance Dept. which I've paid dearly for to get payment which my bank stated they had explained all this to them the day before. To date I still have no valid tag and am still working to resolve this with the dealership.. My rating of this place. Horrible Service and obviously can't follow simple car sales protocol. I'm happy with my own sale and purchase of a NON-FORD product they had for sale that's why I bought it. As for the dealership and staff. I would never buy from them again.

Great Experience

My overall experience was great purchasing my 2015 Mustang. The salesperson, Karen Jones made it easy and comfortable to purchase the car I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the information on the car I wanted and persistence in qualifying me for the car. Everyone from the sales manager to other sales associate seemed to be very friendly and professional. The overall purchase was done in a timely manner and I felt quite please with the entire experience. I would recommend anyone I know to purchase a car from Sheehy Ford Marlow Heights.

Not a review but a suggestion for an Alumini

I worked for Sheehy Ford for a few years. My name is Rene Provencher (Frenchie) Love to find out what has happened to all the people I worked with. I was there in the late 60's to 70's. Came to Sheehy after my stint in the Air Force. Worked in the New Car Dept as a Mechanic then asst manager. Worked for Mr Kenny Brown. Mr Vincent Sheehy, Fred, some wonderful ladies. Caschera., Carrol Brown Mac, Jerry, Ray Gremlich, Ray Gremlish......many many more. I bet a lot of people would connect. I'm retired now living in Virginia Where Ray Gremlich had his "Little Ponderosa". Jerry and I both owned Corvettes! LOL Young lady worked with me was so smart!

Salesman Brian

My nephew called to set up a interview with salesman brian for yesterday but because of the bad weather he was not able to make it. But brian thought enough of my nephew to make a courtesy call and reschedule which i thought was great. Well we did make the next day and he met brian and upon meeting him everything was up hill great. My nephew came in looking for a 2007 -2011 used car and walked out with a new 2014 car. Awsome job brian.

Satisfied Customer!

I brought my 2010 Ford Escape in for repair and ended up purchasing a 2015 Ford Fusion. Not, planned, but was a great experience because of Mrs. Evelyn Betancourt. She saw I was not having the best experience at the service department, but turned it around real quick. This is my second purchase from Sheehy Ford, but because of Mrs. Betancourt, I had no problems. I would recommend the sales department again and again! ! Thanks for all your help and support! !

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!!!

I have been looking to purchase a used car for several months and have visited many dealerships in the Northern Virginia area. At each and every place I had been too, I felt as though I was just another person who the sales person could earn a commission off of. Until I went to Sheehy Ford of Marlow Heights! I had the pleasure of working with Linda Vick, and at no point did I feel as though I was being "sold" anything but rather being helped into the vehicle of my dreams! I went to the dealership to view the certified used cars, but because of the knowledgeable staff and their willingness to help me, and of course the amazing rebates, I was able to drive away in a brand new car! The entire staff there was very friendly and more than accommodating. I truly felt as though they genuinely cared about me, my needs and most importantly my budget! I am beyond happy with my decision to visit and purchase from this dealership and I will certainly recommend Sheehy to others in the future!
