A Great Experience

I had a great buying experience here. In fact, I'm not sure how it could have been better. I'd done a lot of research before walking in the door. The price on the new car was totally fair. The price they gave me on my trade-in was totally fair...more than I'd expected. I bent on my policy of never trading in a car. I was tight on time and wanted to see what they'd give me. Bottom line: This was a very positive experience. I got a solid deal and they made money as well.

Almost Made a deal!

We almost made a deal on a 2014 F150, but they wouldn't give me the same value for my trade that two other dealer were offering me. I ended up buying my truck from the other dealer. Then the day after I bought my new truck they called me back to try and make another offer. But like I said, I had all ready purchased my new truck from another dealer.

Courteous, Professional, and Concientious

Excellent experience with all the sales (Koby and Andre) and financial personnel (Dave and Cory). Very professional and persevered in getting me the car I wanted, with ease. Have been sold for many years on Ford anyway, so this was a very easy process. I left very happy with a new Focus SE Hatchback.

Buying a new car

I got a new mustang a few days ago. I picked that dealership because I got my previous car there (years ago) and I loved the experience. I started chatting with Edward Olson online and he answered some of my questions. He suggested I go and look at the car I was interested in and take it for a test drive. I went there the following day and I ended up getting my dream car. It's been only a few days and it was the best decision. I absolutely love it!! Edward Olson provided an excellent service and was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to assist you with buying your new car. For most people buying a car is a stressful experience, but mine was very pleasurable. Thank you Edward and Jason (finance manager)!!!

Responsive Dealer to long distance buyer

I live about 175 miles from the dealer and did all negotiations via email/phone. Andre Hammond is a great person to deal with. This is by for the best buying experience I've had when buying a car. Best price, excellent service. I rode AMTRAK up from Suffolk to DC, then caught the Metro out to Rockville where they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. Closed the deal as agreed, drove my car home. Bonus they beat my interest rate that the Credit Union offered, so I ended up with a lower payment than expected.

Long story short: my wife and I purchase a brand new focus with the "Sheehy preferred customer plan" (oil change, tire rotation etc). The tires that came ON the car had a 50K mile warranty, they lasted 30K. The service person (at Sheehy) said their was no discernible reason they saw as to why the tires wore so quickly. When I asked about the warranty I was told by Sheehy's assistant service manager it was voided because Sheehy rotated the tires according to their "schedule" and not tire manufactures guidelines. The also stated it was my responsibility, not theirs, to ensure the tires were rotated in the manufactures required time frame. (The car was always brought in on time for every require maintenance according to the owner manual) After speaking to the GM he assured me they would resolve the issue and he would call me back in a day, 4 days later and no call. What quality customer service. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere

Excellent Car Buying Experience!!

I bought a used Subaru Outback and had a very easy, pleasant experience. I had contacted the salesperson - Kate VanArnum on a Saturday, and told her I was thinking about trading in my truck for a used Subaru. Within a 1/2 hour, she found 2 at other locations. I was not able to get in there until Monday, but my wife met me later that day and we signed all the paperwork. They offered me a good price for my Toyota truck with 110,000 miles on it and I used that as a trade in. My credit is not stellar, but Mike Zeller - the finance guy was able to get me a decent rate despite that. He also was able to get my loan under a bank that he said was much more customer friendly, then the original one he was going to use. Both Mike and Kate talked to us about the pros and cons of buying an extended warranty and enrolling in the Sheehy VIP program. I never felt like it was a 'hard-sell', just giving us our options. Ultimately we did buy both. I would definitely use this dealership again and especially choose Kate VanArnum to buy from. She and Mike made this experience as pain-free as possible. I put N/A for the repairs - only because I just bought it and haven't had the chance to use their repair shop yet.
